Error "Base Qty. to Receive must be 0" when posting Warehouse Receipt

Hi,

I have a transfer order for 25,008 which has already been fully shipped and partially receipted to the tune of 24,984 leaving 24 remaining.
I have therefore created an additional warehouse receipt using the "Create Whse Receipt" button the Transfer order page.

We are using Transfer Orders for Goods in transit, and the recieving warehouse is setup to Recieve but not direct and put away etc.

Unfortunatley as much as I try and investigate every issue i can think of I just cant seem to be succesfull in posting the remaining 24. I just keep getting the error:

"Base Qty. to Receive must be 0"

I've done everything i can think of, deleting and recreating the Warehouse Receipt, trying to upload config packages to create new transfer receipts and warehouse reciepts but fundamentally I cannot post this additional 24.

Any help would be hugely grateful right now.

Thanks
Lee

@KasparsSemjonovs I thought this too, i've checked reservation entries which it didnt appear in.

It does not appear to be reserved in Item tracking lines either, the 24,984 does and I can see that.

Is there anywhere else you recommend searching?

    Thanks in advance

It may not be received, but maybe this entry is already entered somewhere in Item tracking lines - therefore reserved.

I have had to set up a different account to reply to this as the account used to post here will not let me log in.

@gdrenteria thank you for the link, unfortunately that didnt help.

@YUN ZHU The 24 is definately not recieved elsewhere, it appears to be some sort of bug in the system but I am struggling to find a way to rectify it.

Are these 24 already received by other documents?

    Thanks.
