Active Contacts has first 3 pages empty, when click on 'All'

Hi,

When we click on 'All' option at the bottom left of the 'Active Contact', there is no data/records in the first 3 pages (300). The first record shows up on page 4 (301). Why is that? How this can be fixed, that the first record shows on page 1.

Thanks,

Ashok

    Hi Francesco,

That was it. They were all empty. When I just clicked on any row (empty though), it took me to the actual record, which had no 'Name', Title or any data in any of the fields shown in the view. So I deleted those and now do see the records on the very first page. Thank you for you help. Thanks to Wayne as well for sharing the input/views.

    Hi AshokM,

probably the columns included in the view have blank values.

Please, try to add createdon attribute and some others attribute to check the origin of the records.

    Let us know.

sounds like you're getting bad data from somewhere.  Maybe an Outlook integration?  Are the records completely blank, or if you open one, does it have an orphan piece of data like just a phone number or email address?

Find the source of this data, and fix it there to fix it in CRM.
