When adding a document in CRM the window is very small...

Hello,

When I am in an account, and then hit the carrot (down arrow in the top bar), and go to Documents, I then click Add (to add a document).  When this window appears it is very small and I can drag or make the window any larger so that I can see everything in the window.  I currently have to hold my mouse down and drag it to the bottom so that I can see the OK button.  Other machines I have tried this on is fine, any idea how to fix this?

    This likely means your browser has a very small default non-maximized window.  The best way to fix that is to close all browser windows, open one window, unmaximize it, resize it to your preferred window size, then close the window again.

    Windows should then remember that preferred window size for all windows that pop up for your browser.

    I have also experienced this issue recently.

    The issue is likely stemming from a windows update, as everything was working fine before the update. The users are all on windows 10.

    The issue does not occur on the CRM Server where no recent windows updates have been applied.

    Have you made any progress with this issue?

    In the end what Wayne mentioned above did fix the issue for the user.
