Hi All,

We are receiving the change tracking error in the Full reset batch job of Entity store. And we are receiving this error only in PROD where as it is working on other environments.

Please suggest me to solve this issue.

Did you check the "Batch Job" error message, May be that will give you what it has been failed.

Hi Rusty,

Please don't include the confidential information, I removed the database information.

Please note that if your database server start with "spartan" that's means the DB connected to elastic pool. Seems your production DB is connected to the elastic pool.

Is the issue happens on all the entities?

We noticed that someone from your organization already submit a support request to us as this required in-deep troubleshooting.
