Why can't I see the Distribution Settings in my Customer Voice view?

I am unable to see the 'Distribution setting' under the Customizations panel in my Customer Voice account. Can anyone advise how I can enable/add it to my view so that I can make changes as desired eg. Specify whether a respondent can submit only one response, or more than one; Specify whether to record respondents' names, or keep them anonymous; Save survey progress.

    Hi Grace,

    I got caught out by this as well.  It is so simple but there is no clear documentation explaining this (at least that I can see), so here is the answer...

    The Customization Menu is contextual based on the tab selected.

    Credit to Sumit from the Customer Voice team who gave me this answer after I logged a premium ticket with Microsoft.  He was really kind about it as well.  But vowed I'd come back to the community so no one else gets stuck on this in the future and wastes an hour of time.
