No transactions show when open the Select Bank Transaction window after Reconcile Bank Statement

Hi,

when we click the select bank transaction window after finish reconcile bank statement process. their is no transaction showing in few user system. some of the users it can see.

i reviewed the Article ID: 860314 and not solved my issue
