Hi everyone,

I'm getting error alerts for the workflow batch job. Following below is the screen shot I've taken from Batch job history log:

I guess some record is deleted and it did not found this record in its related table.

Please need help guys.

Thanks

Please provide additional information. What kind of workflow is being processed, are there any customizations involved i.e. custom hierarchy provider?

Have you tried debugging the processing on a developer/test workspace?

    Hi Vilmos,

It is Purchase order workflow and it has no customizations. Actually I found 2 records were missing in WorkflowTrackingStatusTable and that is why it shows above error. I need to delete those records in other related tables as well. But the thing is now how do i find those related tables and its related data/records.

    Thanks,

So, what is the current status of this, do you still have issues?

    Hi Lulian,

Purchase order workflow is working fine but I'm receiving lot of batch job errors and email errors due to this two abandon records.  I tried to run tutorial_workflow form and it shows 2 records were stuck. How do I do cleansing for it.

    Thanks,

Is this a PROD or TEST env?

The reason I was asking this is because you may have to do a manual clean up of the records in the database and the action plan will be different depending on what type of instance you are having.

I would be however curious to know in the first place how these got corrupted, but I am not sure it will be an easy find.

    Hi Lulian,

Yeah it is PROD env and Yes I need to do a manual clean up in the database but the thing is how will I identify the tables and records which needs to  be clean up.

    Thanks,
