signing limit default override-where to manage this in client?

Hi I am trying to give a one off signing limit to an employee, without assigning everyone with her 'job' the same rights.  I set up the signing limit request workflow, and requested and got approved my signing limit request, but I can't see anywhere in AX client where I could view this as administrator.

I tested a purchase requisition, which ignored the new approved signing limit and went straight to the next person in the hierarchy (fail).  I am missing some config somewhere.

Where do I see and manage a list of who has what agreed signing limit override?  I don't want to use an 'agreement' if I don't have to.

thanks

    Hi,

In ax2012, I think you can check only on EP page not rich client .

In D365, go to Employee self service and check signing limit.

Hi AXFinance, Pajanrothi is correct. As the Requestor, on the Employee Portal on the same Signing Limit Request page where you initially prepared request, you will be able to see your new Signing Limit amount in a FactBox on the right of the page.  If you are a manager, you will also be able to see the Limits for those who report to you in a FactBox. Other than these places, I think you will need to look in one of the related tables (HRPApprovedLimit).

You probably did it correctly, but you have to make sure that your Purchase Requisition is dated within the effectivity dates of your new Signing Limit request; also, the Document type (Purchase Requisition) and the Limit type (Approval or Spending) have to be correctly selected to match your workflow condition.

    Good luck!

Hi can you please help me how to configure and use the signing limits. I am looking for the below use case.

Employee submits a Purchase order which will pass through the hierarchy and finds the the manager with appropriate approval limits based on the signing limits and get approved.
