Hi all,
Some of the users are getting insufficient permissions error message while accessing CRM on iPhone.
User has default user security role assigned with 'Privacy Related Privileges' from 'Business Management' set to Organisation level.
The problem is only few users are facing this error and other users can open it with same security role.
Below is the error message:

Found the answer.
I did the following and problem was solved.
Go to User security role
-> go to Business Management
-> Enable Dynamic 365 for phone Express

The user is missing sufficient privileges to access the records. You will need to identify which privileges are missing and assign them to the user.
Are you sure all the users have the same security role? My first suggestion would be to use either of the following XRMToolbox plugins to compare the security rights of a user who can use the iphone app and the rights of a user who cannot.
