Does GP 10.0 support direct deposit for payables?

I think what you're looking for is 'EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for Payables. Direct Deposit is a Payroll function.
GP 10 does support EFT for Payables. If you have it registered, you would find it under Purchasing Setup.
