Unable to Create Competitor

Hello All,

We bumped into a weird scenario today.We have a custom security role.

This role has all the privileges(Except Delete) on Competitor entity.

When we login with a user having this custom security role, we are unable to see +NEW button to create a new competitor record.

Looking forward for some light on this.

This is a blocker for our go live.

This is the home page for Competitors when logged in from the that specific role.

There is no +NEW button to create a new record.

Hi Mahendra Nagappa,

Try checking for the +NEW button on the Competitor entity with the Ribbon Workbench for Dynamics 365 & Dynamics CRM. You may find the issue by doing this.
