Hi,

The file location has been changed for the interface (A new folder has been added in) and now errors are being received. In the exceptions error "Failed to create a session; confirm that the user has proper privileges to log on to Microsoft dynamics" Also an error on the exceptions saying "User is not authorised for this endpoint" Customer says user has read/write access to the required shares/folders and this worked for 6 years prior to adding this folder in as they don't want orders going to a different company. using a different version of AX. The customer has also cleared the cache and retried and once again checked Active Directory. Any suggestions?

How would I find out which is the service account? Do you mean the local Active Directory account that is running the batch process?
