changing system views

ondemand.PNG  when i start run my workflow in case entity it asks me to select my process but when i go to lookup record it shows only on demand workflow ..how to change the system view in look up record??? as you can see in look in there is ondemand workflow i need to change ..is it posible?

    Hi Sandeep,

    Go to your workflow and deactivate it and then check mark 'on demand' as shown below:

    Activate the workflow.

    Go back to your case and click on run workflow, it will show your workflow.

    Run workflow button is meanth for on demand workflow only.

    Other workflows run by default on your record based on the conditions and entity you have selected in the workflow.

    is your workflow created for case entity and marked to run on-demand?

    Hi Sandeep,

    You cannot change this lookup view.

    And when you are running workflow from "Run workflow" button, lookup will show only those workflows marked as "Available to Run - As an on-demand process".
