Accounts Payable Coordinator

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Can someone please tell me how to add a column into a basic QQ which is not one of the available choices.  I am using Vendor Details for preparing my 1099 list but need to add the YTD payable amount to the spreadsheet.

Thank you!

The query would have to be written and added to SQL server as a View, and then that view can be added to your QQ selections by someone that has access to "Quick Query Viewer" in the SL Administration tab

Thank you very much.  Are you saying I would need a custom query which I myself cannot create?

Unfortunately the data you're looking for isn't in the query that drives that QQ.

You could have a custom query written and add it to your QQ selections though. It wouldn't be that hard.
