Infinity loop Login

Hi, I got a problem to Loging in

When Login with this account I will face an Infinity loop Login.

There's no error... It's showing just "Getting Ready...."

but when I change to another user account, it can login without any problem.

I try to change a Role for problematic user by using a same Role as normal user, but it doesn't work.

How to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi, please try to use InPrivate mode (Edge) or Incognito mode (Chorme). Maybe it's a problem caused by the cache and cookies.

    Thank for your reply.

    User can login successfully after I add SUPER permission to her account. So, I think this issue is about Permission set.

    Now, I have to find which Permission that cause this incident.
