Removing Frame around a Web Resource on a Dashboard

Hello there, 
 
I have created two html buttons as web resources and placed them on a Dashboard, they work great but on the dashboard they have a black frame around the sides and top that I can't seem to figure out how to remove. When I open the properties of the web resource, I do not see the option to remove the border like I would when placing a web resource on a form. 
 
Any suggestions on how to do this?
