How to generate a per product buyers report in POS 2007?

I have POS 2007.

I am trying to generate a buyers report that will allow me show how a per product how much I spent, sold, income, etc.. it should also be customizable that I can display vendor name and also filter by vendor name or other criteria.

How would I go about this?
