Can anyone tell me, how can I purchase portal add-on? As I am not able to see this option in purchase services section.

Number of Pro license is only concern when we are deploying Employee self service portal, not for other portals.

Please ignore my previous comment, just the (no. of licenses part); buying process remains same.
I just had a conversation with Microsoft Support Team and they told me that we need to have 5 CRM Pro licenses in order to be able to purchase Portal Add-On.
In a trial CRM environment, you wont be able to buy portal add on, though you can add a trial by following the steps i told you earlier.
So, first you need to purchase MS CRM 2016 U1 with 5 CRM Pro Licenses and then you can buy Portal Add on.

Go to O365 Admin>>Billing>>Subscriptions>>Add a new subscription
if in case you already have a trial...go to billing>>subscriptions>>Select>>portal add on trial>>buy
You need to have one or more professional licenses, 5 is not a mandate
Note: Portal add on is only available for MS CRM 2016 Online Update 1

For performing above actions, first we need to purchase Portal Add-on. I want to know from where can we purchase it.
I guess we can purchase it from "Purchase Add-on" section under CRM Professional license. Considering that, my question is, whether I can purchase Portal add-on when I have only 1 professional lincense or do I need 5 professional licenses for it?

One thing to note is that your CRM online instance need to be on 2016.1 if you're looking to do the MS CRM hosted portals option (e.g., through the admin centre).
Portal add-on management has been integrated directly into the CRM Online Administration Center under the new Applications section
The Applications section makes it easy to add CRM Portals to any CRM Online organization through a completely wizard driven process, no downloads or installers required.
