I don't think trial versions of Dynamics 365 automatically come with Microsoft Social Engagement (MSE). Trials of MSE have to be requested.
You can request a trial, try looking at this link for that ....

You can then look at this guide for some getting started tips ....

As Neil mentioned Dynamics 365 trial doesn't comes with MSE you can request separate and link your organisation with the mse then follow how to configure
