Want to add column of VENDPACKINGSLIPJOUR into InventQualityOrderTable gridview in AX 2012

I am using AX 2012 and i want to add column "PRODUCT RECEIPT" of VENDPACKINGSLIPJOUR in QUALITY ORDER GRID VIEW (under inventory management module) but there is no data source and relation between them. how do i do that.

Hi Syed,

Are you using quality orders only for incoming vendor deliveries?

How are quality orders created?

Do you always have a single product receipt for which a quality order is started?

Have you checked the reference tab and there the reference / lot numbers? Those numbers should provide you the link to your PO

create display method in InventQualityOrderTable as "YourNewMethod"

and try to get PRODUCT RECEIPT from VENDPACKINGSLIPJOUR table via PurchTable relation.

Customize the required form, add field in the grid, choose your data source InventQualityOrderTable and display method as "YourNewMethod"

Dr. Ludwig Reinhard Fist of all I would like to thank you for answering my question. I have tried your solution by making relation from the field given reference / lot numbers but after it does return null value
