Hi All,

I want to rename 'Documents on default site 1' to 'Documents' of account entity while opening document to sharepoint.

Please check screen shot.

I want to rename it for all records for old and while creating new records also.

CRM User,

The way creates the name is in this format - "Documents on {SharePoint default site name} 1".

If you are fine with the above format and just need to change the way the display name of the 'SharePoint site' which is the one used by you organization (see below on the Advanced find query)

Hi CRM User,

Go to Settings -> Document Management ->SharePoint Document Locations and change the Documents on Default Site 1 name. Other than workflow i don't think there is an option to set name default "Document". Create a workflow to trigger on create of "Document Location" and set name to "Document". I don't think so bulk edit is available to change existing records. Set the above workflow to run on demand and, select all record and run the workflow.
