I have setup order fulfillment for Modern POS in D365:

order-ful_5F00_1.JPG

When I create customer orders for PICKUP it shows the order notifications as well as the order fulfillment screen.

But when I create customer orders for SHIP it neither shows the order notifications nor does it show in the order fulfillment screen.

The customer orders for SHIP get completed and are its Sales orders are shown in the D365 back office, but in POS it doesn't show in the notifications or the order fulfillment screen

I have the same question (0)

Hi, so which version are you on? For the order fulfillment ship order, there should be an option to show notification count on the tile when you are defining the operation against the button in designer.

My client is currently using 10.0.4’s retail SDK version and this option is not there. I can setup the notification on the top bar but not on the tile itself.

I will look into this a bit more on Monday.

Have you set the order notification for ship order? Please follow up below site to set it:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../notifications-pos

If it still not working, you can create a new service request to cooperate with Microsoft Retail support team for it.

    I'm running  10.0.8 (10.0.319.10005)

Its not just the notification count, when I click on Order fulfillment SHIP, it doesnt show any customer orders.

Although when I create a customer order for ship, the sales order does get created in D365 back office.

The only problem is I can't see any ship customer orders in Point of Sale Order fulfillment.

It looks like a bug on 10.0.8. Please log a new service request to double check with Microsoft Retail support team.

In the store setup I have added Distribution Warehouse as the Shipping warehouse

It can't be a bug as its working fine on a demo data environment.
