Workflow in Performance Reviews functionality

Hello,

Workflow for Reviews is setup and in Review type is checked Enable workflow for this type. When review is created and started, workflow steps does not appear in the Review and status stays In Progress. Review can not be completed.

I will be very thankful if someone can help me.

Hi Fortunova,

Do you have this issue in a developer, UAT or production environment? Do you have other workflow types setup? Are these working?

You can check the Workflow History form to check if the workflow ended in an error or if there is no progress at all. In case there is no progress, ensure that the Workflow processing batch job is present and working in your environment.
