i am keeping the location of x++ tools path to output directory of nuget install packages.....what am i doing wrong

Do you have an actual question? Do you need help getting rid of the error? If so, what is your exact configuration of the pipeline and what attempts have you done mitigating this issue? Without additional information we would not be able to know what the culprit might be.
