GL PostingDate(ORPSTDDT) is using same as TransactionDate(TRXDATE),how to change to use SystemDate?

Hello GP World,

We are noticing while we are posting back dated transactions batch in GL it is using Transaction Date(TRXDATE) to be used as Posting Date(ORPSTDDT) though our posting settings says to use the date from batch.

Can someone please provide your comments ?

Ex Scenario :

-- We have GL Batch which has only one transaction with transaction date as 07/19/2024 but when we tried to post it on 07/22/2024, it populated Transaction Date(TRXDATE) and Posting Date(ORPSTDDT) as same.

GL PostingDate(ORPSTDDT) is using same as TransactionDate(TRXDATE),how to change to use SystemDate?

That looks like a transaction that originating from subsidiary ledger (PMTRX). What are your posting settings for Series: Purchasing / Origin: Payables TRx Entry.
