Form 1099 NEC for 2021

We have had a few 1099 NEC's returned to us by the post office.  It appears that if, in Vendor Cards, there is a second line to the address, it does not print on the 1099.  Only the first line of the address prints on the 1099.  Has anyone else has this experience?

    Hi Bradley,

    As far as I know there is no room for a second street address in the new form (2022).. make sure you use the proper form.
