Facing error while synchronizing From D365 Sales-contacts to D365BC-contacts

Posted on by 1,654

Hi,

We are facing issue while working working with Integration of Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Dynamics 365 Business Central. When performing Sync from Business Central, we got below error in logs.

Please note, if we add value in Company (parentcustomerid) field of Contact Entity (Table) in Dynamics 365 CRM, then sync working as expected, but when aforesaid field blank in CRM then got below error at Business Central.

Error Message: The contact cannot be synchronized because the company does not exist.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you

    Hi,

Globally search Integration table mapping. select the contact record and click on edit list action and check the conditions applied in Business central side by clicking on three dots.

The contact record has table filter which will be company no should not be blank this is the reason you cannot sync the contacts record from CRM to BC because the company name is blank in CRM side so if you want the contacts to be sync from CRM to BC irrespective of company name is blank or not then remove the company no blank condition from the Table filter .
