    Hi Siv,

You can check whether the user is linked to the call center channel. According to the document description, if the user is linked to the call center channel, he will have the right to use the function of the call center, then any sales order created by the user will be automatically connected to the user of call center channels.

And once the Sales Order is linked to the Call Center channel, the complete button will work.

    Hi Siv,

By querying related documents, on a call center there is a standard parameter "Enable order completion" which does enforce you mark an order as complete before it is being processed. As part of the realization of the payment registration process of our Dynamics Counter Sales solution which also supports non-call center sales orders.

I found a solution to this problem.
If you can't solve this problem through the setup of call center, it appears that Pricing Management is affected.

In version 10.0.37, enable "(Preview) Skip Completion for pricing management enhanced orders", and from the menu "Pricing management parameters", set to active "Skip order completion" , then Complete button in the Sales Order will be hidden.

    Hope this helps you all!

The Complete button is the result of the Pricing management module being enabled. When the module is enabled,  sales orders are based on retail orders (but still SCM orders), hence the Complete button required to remove 'Do not process' and allow the sales order process to continue.

As Keisuke Murata pointed out, there is parameter setting in V37 to skip the step.

For earlier versions, you'll need to click on Complete to advance the sales order process.

Cannot skip order completion when active funds exist.

Hi everyone, I tried to use the solution provided in this post, but encountered this error seen in the screenshot attached.

Is there anyone who knows what I must do to enable the "skip order completion" without getting this error message?

    Thanks in advance.
