Cloud Migration Management is missing intelligent cloud scheduling

I'm running version US Business Central 18.1 (Platform 18.0.24800.26129 + Application 18.1.24822.24906). When I create a migration there is no page for scheduling and the intelligent cloud schedule is not available on the cloud migration management page.

    Do you mean you cannot see the scheduler page due to missing permisisons? Is there an error?

    I have Super permission so I'm not sure why the scheduler page does not show due to missing permissions. I do not get an error message. These are my only options, there is no schedule page.

    I read somewhere that if the migration is scheduled you will not get this error when running the migration.
