PSTL for SL2018 / Combine CompanyID

I have a site where we want to combine/merge company ID's.  That said is the PSTL tool still functional under SL2018CU3?  I have a copy in my library, version 9.0.1505 from an SL2015 implementation.  Is that still the most recent or is there a current download?  Please advise.

    There was no new version for 2018, however the 2015 version should work for you.
