Hi,

I know we need to create or import business modeler in LCS. 

Apart from creating Epics into Azure DevOps, is there another thing we can leverage this?

    Hi Yuji,

    Creating Epics is just a starting point. You can do task recording in D365, expose your BPM in D365 via system administrator module and store all your task recording against BPM. Once saved from D365 to BPM, you can access these recording directly in lcs.

    Then can use same BPM in any other environment and retrieve all your recording and help train users. Overall it's much more than creating EPICS. BPM help drive entire implementations..

    There are global libraries comes out of the box , review them and see what is useful .if there is nothing you can create your own.
