Unit price changed on old sales order when trade agreement is updated

Hi,

We have an issue with the following scenario:

Day 1: A sales order is created for customer A, price on item is according to trade agreement.

Day 2: Trade agreement is updated for customer A, new prices for item, starting date for trade agreement is today (day 2).

Day 3: Customer calls and want new ship date on the sales order created day 1, hence sales order is updated with new dates. This update automatically also updates the unit prices based on the new trade agreement valid from day 2. However, day 2 prices are not the ones agreed with customer when the order was created day 1.

Question: For sales orders that are created before the trade agreement is updated, is there a way to prevent the unit price to be updated even if the order is modified?

Thanks

I believe this is by design however it seems that on 0.29 you will be able to choose this behaviour

The change in 0.29 seems only to be regarding imports of SO or do I misread the article?

For SO containing many items this causes a lot of additional work since you then manually need to correct the prices to what has been agreed with the customer.

Yes , I misread the article. I am afraid this is the STD behaviour.
