
We have an action card for unread incoming emails that is displaying properly on the dashboard and via light bulb.
We also placed the assistant on the Lead form to show cards that are regarding that lead.
For some reason, no notifications are showing on the lead form. They are only showing on the dashboard and via light bulb.
The owner of the card is the user that can not see the card on the lead. The user is also in the team that owns the lead record.
