Sandbox to Live refresh failed

Hi experts,

We are a VAR and use our Dynamics 365 environment for sales demonstrations to prospects and testing functionality and integrations. I requested that our Tier 2 sandbox environment get promoted to our production environment last night. The request completed, however when I log into production, I don't have any of the demo companies, only the DAT company. Is it possible to redo the deployment so all companies come across?

    Hi Bill,

    Who did you ask to perform the operation? What this a request for Microsoft? If so, contact them to ask what had been done exactly. Probably, only customizations or ISV solutions were deployed? Or did you request for a database movement?

    Why are you using a production environment for demonstrations? You can deploy demo environments for that purpose. Then you have more self service operations to control the environment.
