Hi Friends,

User made mistake on General journal, he want to recall it from workflow, but, it erred out. Now, it's in limbo stage, he can't post, can't recall, can't do anything with it.

Any suggestion?

figured out, you can still go to lines->edit, then resubmit even it's in complete status.

Hi Ludwig,

It's completed since manager already approved it, then found out mistake made. It's not posted yet, since it failed validation.

The workflow says completed. Do you know what work items/tasks this workflow completes? Is the journal possibly already posted?
