I have a strange problem with AP - Payment Exceptions in Dynamics SL 2011 FP1 BE.
This module crashes with the following error:

We had another crash, but with MFC42.DLL
Here is user's explanation:
Sometimes when I am posting a payment in the AP, the system unexpectedly stops working and all my work is just gone.
This happened to me again today after I posted about a 100 of reference numbers in the “Edit/Select Document for Payment” for XXX vendor.
What could be a problem here? Didn't hear anything from other customers working on the same server.
