EFT Output Issue with Decimal Amounts

I am generating EFT with four different amount i.e. $0.01 , $0.12 , $1.12 , $12.00 and when I am generation an EFT it is showing me incorrect zero's and bank rejected it.

Here is the EFT file

In the field mapping I have only selected the field Id, nothing else.

Can somebody assist me as it is giving a really hard time.
