Trade Agreements for Customer Discounts In D365 working with all

I am trying to use Trade agreement in D365 for Line Discounts. The customer is supposed to get a  2 discount on ALL products except for 2 product groups. It appears that when I add to table for customer and select ALL for all products and place in 2 percent. Then create lines for those product groups at 0 the it appears to be overriding everything

This is how it was setup for them in 2009 but wondering if there was a customization done I am not aware.

My thought would be I need to setup a line for every item group at what % it is to make work. I have tried a few and appears to. It just will not work for all.

Any help is appreciated and sorry if I did not explain well enough.

I have the same question (0)

I have all those buttons checked. I believe we may have broken it with code we did.

    Hello,

The screenshot you provide shows that the discount agreement should be used.

I found the discount percent will disappear if you manually change the net amount.

Suggest you create a ticket in LCS to check your environment if all the settings are correct.

item details: A0001 has a line discount group e.g. 00

    item-_2D00_-Line-discount-group.jpg

trade agreement, line discount for group = 0% with find next = no

trade agreement, line discount for all = 2%

    trade-agreement-_2D00_-line-discount-sales.jpg

    Hello,

From this unclear screenshot, i saw that

    1. The relation is price(sales) instead of Line discount (Sales), so where do you fill in the discount percentage?

    2. The first group is the customer group and the second group is product group. You select a value for customer group, but the product group is all, It doesn't fit your description. Do you select the specific customer for the customer group?

And please use rich format to insert the screenshot, it will not change the screenshot resolution.
