Hello everyone,
we're testing the BC App on mobile phones. I noticed that when users authenticate, there is no device information sent with the request. Our conditional access policies blocked the auth requests, because we set them up to do this on mobile devices when device information is missing.
We've been in touch with Microsoft for two weeks, but the agents we're talking to don't seem to know whether the app is able to send device information. I have the impression that they think it should work, but they can't figure out why it's not working.
Have you experienced similar issues? If we can't restrict access to BC to known devices, I'm afraid we'll have to block the app.
