Hi Everyone,

Currently when a user set an appointment and fills in the required details with the organizer. On the receiving end client can able to see the appointment invitation from XYZ with the organizer ABC which has signature from XYZ. Is there any way to receive email signature based on the organizer but not on the user sent.

Thanks and Regards

Ravi. B

    RE: Email Signature

    Hi Ravi,

The sender should be able to Insert a different Signature, if you set things up as below.

    Create a Team "T1"

    Add users to Team "T1"

Create a queue "Q1" and set Team "T1" as the owner.

In the email, change the From value to "Q1"

Click Insert Signature and this should show all signatures of users in Team "T1"

    +1 Mihir's link.

    RE: Email Signature

You can use email signature template & email templates in Dynamics 365. But the email signature will be defaulting to the "From" user.

So the only other option would be to write a workflow for sending email.
