microsoft stopped and does not continue dynamics nav exams.
as a replacement the Association of Dynamics Professionals (DynamicsPro) started a certification program for dynamics nav 2015.

on the exam/learning portal https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/learning/dynamics-certification.aspx you won't find any dynamics nav related exams any more, only the implementation/surestep and the marketing exam, but no tech related exams.
