How to interact inside CRM with external applications?

Hi,

I want to create a connection between CRM and other applications, I want to pass parameters from a form to an external application.

Maybe with CRM web services or do you have any idea to get it?

    There are several ways to tackle that. All require some form of programming either in javascript or creating a plugin.  So with js you could make ajax call to retrieve/send data.

    With a plugin you could probably access external source. Here is similar topic.

    Perhaps you can use an IFRAME here? Check this out:

    www.c2software.com/.../embed-iframe-dynamics-crm-form.aspx

    You can check a box that allows you to pass record object type code and the unique identifier as parameters.

    For my case the best way to get it is with JS and passing the parameters to an IFRAME.
