Have a user that is no longer seeing dashboards. In particular "event management dashboard".

Please check the following points:
1. Please navigate to the Settings->Customizations->Customize the System->dashboards, select the corresponding dashboard and click enable the security role button:
If it is set to enable for only BU, please check if the user is in the selected BU.
2. If the dashboard is personal dashboard, please share it to the users.
