Creating an entry in Cash Manager > Cash Account Transaction (Screen 20.010.00)
And received following error below: ANy thoughts on this error. I checked all dates in batch and they seem fine.

"System Message 6124: Process started: Mon Feb 02 12:12 P.M.

Programming Bulletproof Error 10229: Date passed to strtodate() contains an
invalid day.

System Message 6130: Fatal error. Process must be stopped at this time.

System Message 6129: Last item(s) processed: Batch Number: 001426
================================================================================

System Message 6125: Process ended: Mon Feb 02 12:13 P.M."

I'm posting an answer to a very old question, in case someone else has a similar problem. A customer had problems posting batches in a couple of modules; the cash manager batch returned a programming bulletproof error 10121 "String variable passed to strtodate() function must be in the format MMDDYYYY or MM/DD/YYYY".

The problem was caused by failing to update the GLSetup - period ending dates following a leap year. Once the period ending date for February was updated from 2/29 to 2/28, the batch release errors were resolved.
