Get alert message by clicking the button in iframe

Hi,

I have a form. When i press a button which is in this form, an iframe apperas. In this ifraem there is a button. When the button which is in this iframe is clicked, i wanto to show to the user an alert() mesaage.

How can i do this by using javascript?.

Can anyone help me please?

    Hi Muharrem,

    You can modify the code behind your iframe and add an onclick event - see www.w3schools.com/.../event_onclick.asp

    To display an alert you can call alert('your text here')

    Hi Muharrem,

    The language confused me. I thought that was a custom IFrame but looking at the code behind it it seems an out of the box one. You can't customize that i'm afraid.

    You would have to create your own case close dialog / functionality (create a custom button in the ribbon that opens a custom iframe and that closes the case incident and displays your alert) if you want to add custom logic.
