Enable change tracking on a view-based entity

Hi, I'm trying to enable change tracking on a view-based entity...getting this error:
 
Incremental push is not supported for entity, as change tracking query is not enabled.
 
any ideas?

    SQL Server do not support change tracking on views, only on base tables.

    To get some more context, why do you want to enable change tracking on the view based entity?

    You can't enable change tracking on the view itself, there is no option.  I did enable the view datasource on the entity but that did nothing.

    The problem is the view, since it can't handle change tracking. From the documentation, row version change tracking must be enabled the underlying tables. For change tracking to work, the tables must have this rowversion column, enabling change tracking property in the data entity data source, is not enough.
