User can't see a stage in the Business Process Flow

I have an issue with a Business Process Flow, where 1 user can see both stages in the flow but another user can only see one. They're both looking at the same record.

They both have full access to Business process flow. Any ideas?

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

The BPF process visibility is based on the users security role and the privileges.

You can verify if both the users have the same security roles.

Hi,

Lets look into following:

Is it the same record where one user can see a particular stage but other user cannot? If yes, can you make sure the other user have enough privileges on the entity used in the stage (which is not visible).

Are you using conditional branching? Or do you show/hide stage based on a condition?

I would suggest to start looking at same record and compare security roles of both users.
