Why are marketing form submissions listed as anonymous?

Hello partners, 
 
When I look at my insights for marketing form submissions, majority of the submissions say' anonymous'. Why is that?

    Hi,
     
    Based on the information you have provided, our team suggests the following possibilities.
     
    This is due to the fact that the user who visited your form page did not submit any information.
     
    Here's how our team tested it, which will make it easier for you to understand the above paragraph
    Step1, Create Marketing Form and add it to Marketing Page

    Step2, try to access the Marketing Page, this time it appears anonymous because no information has been submitted and no contact has been created in the app.

    Step3, submit the form information, make sure the contact has been created and try to visit the Marketing Page again, it will not show anonymous.

    In addition, if you are sure that your visitors have already submitted the information, and still anonymous when they visit again, it may be a problem with your Form design, please make sure that your Form creates Contacts based on the submitted information.
