We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service and now we want to integrate WhatsApp with our D365 instance. I know that there are options like Twilio who are providing the seamless integration however, I am a bit confuse what is the procedure to move forward. Is there any additional D365 license required to achieve this integration? As I saw that we must have to have OmniChannel for Customer Service License to do this integration.
Is there anyone who know about the procedure or can guide me in this regard?
