Expense delegate unable to recall expense

Hi,

This question has been asked before but cannot see any answers to it. If an expense line or report needs to be recalled, only the actual user or system administrator can recall that expense. The recall button is greyed out for delegate. Is there a reason for this? I have looked at all setup and cannot find anything in there that would allow me to test this for delegates.

Please advise.

Hi Mamta,

To confirm the scenario you're asking about, is the delegate a delegate of the individual who submitted the expense report?

Eg, VP enters an expense line, then sends it to workflow. The Admin Assistant is then trying to recall the workflow?
